So Much Skepticism About Deaths

Filed under: Building Websites, IM World, People, Stories, Tips & Advice — launchpad @ 9:56 am

Yes, recently two major deaths have been announced on the internet.

The first was Scott’s Death of Adsense.

The second was Mike’s Death of Internet Marketing.

Scott’s claims have since been countered by Joel, our Adsense expert. It appears that Scott was trying to pull a fast one to hype up his launch for his rather highly priced Click Flipping.

Mike’s claims have since been supported and well-praised by the IM community, gurus and non-gurus alike. No sign of Mike doing “anything funny” as yet. Argument has it - Mike is going to start something expensive again. Probably a protege program… NO - ‘cz he’s already in I5. Mike has been a viral marketer, so another viral marketing course… NO - he could just supplement butterfly marketing, given it’s a really expensive one.

Mike’s free ebook is available here - Death of Internet Marketing. There’s no catch so far, besides the fact that you need to register yourself. At the same time, take a look at how Mike modified the Butterfly Marketing script for this purpose. Ingenious, no?

As usual, feel free to post and let me know how you feel.
