Affilorama - Downloadable VS Physical Product
The downloadable product costs $199.95, and the physical product costs $399.95.
At the first look, it is naturally more economical to get the downloadable one, especially if you have broadband internet, since you should not have speed and bandwidth issues. There is no waiting time and you can access the course immediately.
However, you cannot resell the downloadable product after you have completed your course. This is one of the advantages of getting the physical product instead. After you have gone through the entire course, you could sell it on eBay and get some money back (unless the Terms and Conditions violently disagree with this).
You know how your old stuff just gets chucked in that old box you got last, last, last summer. It is likely that your course might end up there as well. But having a physical product is likely to motivate you to push Play on your DVD player - its physical presence will nag at you “go through the course… go through the course… “, especially if you have it right next to your DVD Player.
Some courses are probably meant to be purchased on DVD and others, downloadable. And for the Affilorama course, I would get the downloadable copy instead- not only because it’s economical, but also, this is a course on online affiliate selling. It would be more convenient to be sitting at the computer following through the steps as the video plays (if your computer can handle the amount of multitasking).
In my second preview of the Afiilorama course, I realised that some of the videos were not properly sized (they were larger than my screen, so I could only see a part of it). This only happens with certain videos, and I don’t think that is a big issue. Mark would probably have it corrected soon, if it is correct-able.
Which one did you choose to buy? Which one will you choose to buy? If you bought the physical product, perhaps you could share with us the quality of the DVD videos.
