Will You Be Next?
Do you have an idea? Do you have a plan? Do you have what it takes to be the next to launch from our launching pad?
So you think you know a lot about launches…
A product launch requires a lot of planning, effort, time and strength. No, not physical strength. It’s mental strength. And strength in faith that your product will perform well. Especially if you are doing everything (or almost everything) yourself.
Where do I start?
First, you will need to have a product. Next, you need a website (yes, I’m referring to online launches). Thirdly, you need to setup payment gateways. And finally spread the good news.
Of course, you can do the 4 steps in *any* order to wish, and still succeed.
Offline Marketing vs Online Marketing
I’m sure you’ve seen offline marketing before - TV ads, newspaper ads, bus ads, etc. And of course, online marketing is very different. The only exposures we have are webpage ads, email ads, software that come with ads (which are mostly irritating and irrelevant). So all forms of online marketing require you to know at least, even if it is a teeny weeny bit… HTML.
Qn: Are you saying that if I want to succeed online, I need to know HTML?
A resounding, YES.
Uh-oh.
Many people are daunted by texts they don’t understand, words they cannot comprehend and worst of all, looks more like a randomly generated page of text rather than the more familiar ones we have been reading since kindergarten.
I cannot tell you or command you or force you to start learning HTML. But I am going to try to explain HTML to you so that you may actually start understanding rather than other sources that make it so technical, you can’t get past the first few lines.
